Yes, but we can work also if the client wants to put their own material and we will only charge labor.
The first day we start your project, you will pay 35% of the payment . Then, when we are half way done, you will have to pay another 45% of the payment. Finally, when we are done with your project , you will pay the rest of the payment. The checks will be on the name of, The Two Brothers Inc.

Yes, we do. All of our projects have a warranty of 1 year.
To start a different project, we will first finish your project and we will make sure your project is well done, then we can move on to another project.
